2. How do the AR artworks work? Do they require an app?
Just scan the QR code with your phone’s camera — no app needed. The AR animation loads instantly through your browser using your device’s camera.
3. Will my phone work with your AR products?
Most modern phones work, but some older devices may not support AR smoothly. We recommend scanning the test QR code on our site before purchasing.
4. Are the AR artworks limited?
Yes. To avoid server congestion and ensure smooth performance, each AR piece is limited. All AR experiences stay online 24/7 for at least 10 years.
5. How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the product category and warehouse. U.S. items arrive faster. All orders include tracking.
6. Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days for unused items. Damaged items are replaced or refunded. AR artworks can be refunded only for compatibility or server errors.
